Here are the items that were shared the week of March 11, 2013. They included a juicer, a salt and pepper shaker, a picnic set, a sculptural desk item, a desk calendar, a clock, and a pitcher. Lots of solid vintage plastic, and a bunch of my favorite orange this week.
Monday, March 11, 2013: Juicer, similar in design to Kartell Model KS 1481 by Gino Colombini.
Tuesday, March 12, 2013: Vintage Ebie Mfg. Co. dual salt and pepper shakers. Measures approximately 2-1/4” tall by 2-1/4” wide
Wednesday, March 13, 2013: Vintage plastic “Pic Nic Party Set” Picnic tableware set by Plastic Products, Los Angeles, California. This is a set of four plates and cups in red, yellow, green, and light blue. The cups sit in the center of the plate.
Thursday, March 14, 2013: Acrylic cube pen holder and paperweight in black, red, and blue, presumably to match the color of the pen’s ink. Marked “Made in France” and measures 2-3/8” on a side.
Friday, March 15, 2013: Orange base rotating wheel analog desk calendar. The day, date digits, and month rotate on white cylinders, and the base is signed Euronova Euronova Forte.
Saturday, March 16, 2013: Orange and black jump clock made in Germany by Peter. This clock has “digital” printed on it but it’s really a wind-up clock with two rolling discs, one for the hours and one for the minutes. The alarm is a loud bell sound. Dimensions are approximately 9.5cm (4”) height with a width of 12cm (5”). Weighs just under 280g.
Sunday, March 17, 2013: Jade green Steri-Lite plastic pitcher. Item stands 5-1/4” high and 6” wide including the handle.
