Here are the items that were shared the week of April 29, 2013. Included were three lamps, two clocks, a tray table, drink coasters, and a chair.
Monday, April 29: Lamp on a tulip base. Evokes the design of the ball chair. The lamp is 17-1/2” in height with a circumference of 33-1/2”. The globe sits inside and is 25-1/2” in circumference. The base is hard plastic, the globe is heavy glass. Unfortunately painted black over original orange.
Tuesday, April 30: Gilbert Softlite lamp. Both the base and shade are profusely stamped with the Gilbert name and patent information. The lamp is 13” in height and 11” in diameter.
Wednesday, May 1: Blisscraft of Hollywood footed utility tray. Bright green top with white folding legs. The edge of the tray is scalloped and there is a recessed area for drinks. Measures 21-1/2” long by 15-1/2” wide by 9” tall when the legs are in place. Marked on the bottom: Blisscraft of Hollywood Patent U.S.A. Pending
Wednesday, May 1: Vintage JVC Videosphere wind-up alarm clock. Possible promotional item? Measures 3” tall by 4” diameter.
Thursday, May 2: Slantime wall clock by Sëmk Design (2002). This interesting wall clock features modernist space-age styling and a slanted, wedge shape. The second hand is the central disc. The clock operates on a single "AA" battery. Measures 7” in diameter.
Friday, May 3: Akzo Coatings Paint can lamp with a molded red plastic base and small paint can top. Measures: 9” deep 16” in height.
Saturday, May 4: Set of four stacking plastic orange and yellow turtle coasters. The coasters measure 5-1/4” long by 3-3/4” wide. The interior part where your drink sits is just over 2-3/4” wide. They are marked “Made in U.S.A.” on the bottoms.
Sunday, May 5: Acrylic Hollywood Regency style chair. Tag is marked Hill Manufacturing Corp., Newburgh, N.Y. White vinyl fabric seat. Measures 30-1/4” height of back, 16” deep, and 18” wide with a 15” seat height.
