May 20–May 26, 2013: Shared vintage modern plastic design

Here are the items that were shared the week of May 20, 2013.  Included were a lamp, a sconce, a vase, a carafe, a phone, and a bowl.

Monday, May 20: Plastic triangular lamp.  Measures approximately 10” tall and 7” across.

Tuesday, May 21:  Orange Pago Pago vase by Enzo Mari for Danese, Italy (1969).  It’s been a while since an original Pago Pago has been up for sale on eBay.

Wednesday, May 22:  Red umbrella sconce by Zicoli.  From the top of the handle to the tip of the umbrella it is 24” and the sconce is 11” wide. The original switch is a dimmer switch.

Thursday, May 23: Nomos vacuum carafe by Peter K. Patzak for Alfi in bright yellow.  Capacity 1L, made in Germany.

Friday, May 24: Bowl by Kristian Vedel.  The exterior surfaces of the bowl has a matte surface which resembles spun or brushed aluminum to the touch, the interior shines like and feel like glass.  The bowl measures 8-1/2” in diameter by 4-1/2” height.

Saturday, May 25: Bud vase or pen holder.  Measures 4-1/2” high by 3” square.

Hi. Do you have any information on the black plastic triangular lamp or the yellow one of the same design you posted about? Makers marks or anything would be good. I am trying to find this. My grandmother used to have it in her bedroom but somebody tossed it along the way and I'd like to replace it. Thank you
