Dish Doctor dishrack | Marc Newson | Magis, Italy | 1998 | UPDATE

The Dish Doctor dishrack by Marc Newson for Magis is stylish and functional, especially in kitchens where there isn’t a dishwasher (and hence, a dish dryer).  Here is an update to my post of October 14, 2009.  This example of the Dish Doctor is made in solid blue.

The Dish Doctor comes in two pieces.  The top piece has prongs on which the dishes rest and drainage holes through the bottom.  The bottom piece is what the water drains into.  Above, clockwise from top:  top view, bottom view, top piece bottom view.
