Progressione di Tre translates to “Progression of Three.” This sculpture, in its original box with the cubes individually wrapped, is in excellent condition. Described as, “Conditions are perfect considering the age: no chips, no cracks, even edges and corners are undamaged.” The container and sculpture is similar to the Relazione di Quattro (Relationship of Four) sculpture I posted about on December 16, 2009.
A Progressione di Tre sculpture was previously sold for a hammer price of €800 at the February 15, 2011 Quittenbaum auction “Design – ‘La Dolce Vita’. The presale estimate was €800 to 1,000.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a sculpture such as this on eBay. Each of the three cubes measures 4cm on an edge and features a steel cube in different orientations embedded inside a larger resin cube.
