Flash floor lamp by Guzzini Studio 6G in David Cronenberg's Scanners

A great modern lamp, spotted in David Croneberg’s “Scanners” (1981). At the end of the movie, Darryl Revok takes Cameron Vale to the offices of Biocarbon Amalgamate (which is a gorgeous building in its own right).

It is the Flash floor lamp by Guzzini and is featured prominently in the culminating scene in the movie. Revok says, “All right. We're gonna do this the scanner way. I'm gonna suck your brain dry! Everything you are is gonna become me. You're gonna be with me Cameron, no matter what. After all, brothers should be close, don't you think?”  The Flash floor lamp is related to the Bud lamp and the Clan lamp.
